What is something you love and you can do it for life? Coaches are trained to use an innovative assessment tool called Passion Quotient (PQ) that has 25 years of evidence based research and operates a scientific approach to help people discover inner motivation. PQ is a pathway to help individuals, couples, groups and organizations to analyze passions, improve well-being, unlock potentials and experience growth.

​Many of us experience mental health challenges that may not be at a clinical treatment level but the quality of life, work and relationships are affected. This coaching program is not diagnostic and does not provide medical advice, but is designed to bridge the gap before seeking psychiatric help. The program is holistic and will focus on mindset, behavior management, spiritual help and nutrition to bring management for mental health issues.

​Women go through many stages of life juggling identities in different  seasons such as singleness, marriage, motherhood, work transitions and empty nesting. Many times, self care in mental, spiritual and emotional health is at a low priority since energy is often spent elsewhere. This Life Coaching program is to help women of any life stage to find more balance in self care as well as walking in wholeness and health.

Debriefing is different from counseling or coaching. Debriefing requires a set of unique skills that offer safe space and deep listening to allow the clients to share their stories in a way they feel heard and known. Debriefing helps clients to unravel or unpack experiences and thoughts of an event in the recent past or the present in an attempt to give space for your heart and head to formulate words and understand emotions tied to the event. Who can be benefited from a Debriefing session? Those that are going through losses, transitions or feel stuck where they are in life. ​

Facilitators are trained by Prepare/Enrich, one of the most highly researched assessment tools used for pre-engagement, premarital, marriage, and couples counseling. We offer sessions to help committed couples gain a deeper understanding of dynamics, personality, stress and strength and growth areas. Covered topics are:

• Identify and explore strength and growth areas

• Strengthen communication skills

• Resolve conflict using a Ten Step Model

• Identify and manage stressors

• Explore financial planning & budgeting

• Understand family of origin issues

• Establish personal, relationship, and family goals

• Understand and appreciate relational differences

We also have facilitators that are experienced in cross-cultural marriages that can offer wisdom and advice for the couples.​

Spiritual Direction is a form of soul care, a time where the Spiritual Director meets with the directee in a trusted, non-judgemental space, to explore together the directee’s relationship with God and how God is working/present in their life. A Spiritual Director is not a counselor, but a facilitator to guide the directee to listen to the voice of God and discern & respond to the invitation of the Divine. In a session, you can expect spaces for silence, questions that come from the leading of the Spirit, and suggestions for practices that may help you deepen your relationship with God.
