Following the Career Coaching, I have adopted a more expansive and open-minded perspective on my career path. I recognize that I am not restricted by my current choices; instead, I can actively challenge existing limitations. By setting clear goals, I am committed to exploring diverse job opportunities, enriching work environments, and fostering meaningful interpersonal relationships.

Debriefing is like a daily emotional skincare product- through the intentional care, we can freely embrace our truest selves in the process and live a life that is free and abundant! Through Debriefing, I learned to identify each of my emotion and categorized them into their own emotional boxes. Once my emotions were sorted, I felt more open-minded and ready to face the future!

During the debriefing session, I felt truly heard. I realized that the incidents themselves were not the main issues I needed to address- instead, it was my emotional response to them that required attention. By setting the events aside and focusing on recognizing my feelings, I gained valuable insight. The integration of faith throughout the session also provided a meaningful space and time for healing. 

While I have worked with a number of spiritual directors, Pranny has been the best one by far. As a spiritual director, she walked with me during a critical period of my spiritual journey, offering insightful, reflective questions and simply holding space for me in the way that I needed at the time. Working with her has been a privilege and a gift, and I cannot say enough about Pranny as a spiritual director.
